Arrival Time:
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This allows time to complete a consultation card and relax prior to your treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
Please be advised that treatments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment price.
In the case of emergencies, the salon owner reserves the right to cancel appointments with a minimum of 1 hour’s notice. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Sales Packages & Gift Vouchers:
Please note that all sales packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable.
They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions or balances will expire after this period and cannot be carried forward unless previously agreed in writing.
In exceptional cases (e.g. medical conditions), if the salon agrees to process a refund, the full standard price of any treatments already received will be deducted from the total package value.
Only the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
Mobile Phones, Photos & Videos:
Mobile phones must be turned off in the treatment room to maintain a peaceful and professional environment.
Photos and videos are strictly not allowed in the treatment room or of the therapist.
Only the salon is permitted to take photos or videos, and only in clearly designated/allocated areas, and with prior consent.
Clients are welcome to take personal photos of themselves only in the reception seating area. No filming or photography is allowed elsewhere within the salon.
Food, Smoking & Hygiene:
No food or smoking is allowed anywhere on the salon premises. We aim to maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients.
Children in the Salon:
Children are only permitted in the salon if they are booked in for a treatment themselves and must be accompanied by an adult.
Children are not allowed to accompany adults during treatments, to ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for both the client and therapist.
Medical Information:
Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or medications prior to your treatment, as some treatments may not be suitable or may require adjustments.
